The Bootcamp will take place in the back parking lot area of the Alpha Omega House. Please arrive early. The bootcamp will start promptly at 8:30a.m.
What to Bring:
Water, workout towel, *yoga mat or large beach towel (only, if you have one).
Cost: $10 per person (paid on site - cash only)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Get up early enough to eat breakfast — about an hour before the bootcamp. Most of the energy you got from dinner the previous night is used up by morning, and your blood sugar may be low. If you don't eat, you may feel sluggish or lightheaded when you exercise. Eat a light breakfast. Emphasize carbohydrates for maximum energy.
